Channel Wedge™ · Co-Sponsorship Program

Get your product in the hands of Founders,
CEOs, and C-Suite through your
co-sponsored channel partner — $1,500/month.

We already built the pipeline, the tools, and the broker relationships. You're not funding infrastructure — you're buying a seat in a channel that's already moving. Slots are limited per broker program.

Brokers onboarding
We launched Phase 1 a few weeks ago. Mike (Broker 1) surfaced over $100M in deal flow in his first weeks — two contracts are on the table, including Paychex and Medvectis. Kevin (Broker 2) is actively building pipeline. Three more onboarding this week. Humanda is currently the sole sponsor — no co-sponsors yet. The brokers enrolled now are the first introductions any co-sponsor will make. First come, first served.
Who Gets Called on Your Behalf
The Contact Quality
1,000 Founders, CEOs, and C-Suite executives — every month, per broker.
This is not a general business list. Every contact worked on behalf of a Channel Wedge broker is a verified executive-level decision-maker — the people who own the company, run it, or are planning their exit. These are the conversations brokers spend years trying to get into. Our callers are in them every day — and your product gets introduced as part of that relationship.

Step 1 — The Setup Fee
Non-Refundable Integration Fee
$999
Before you are introduced to any broker, you pay a one-time $999 setup fee. This covers your integration into the Channel Wedge infrastructure — the tools, portals, tracking systems, and resources we have already built. You are not building any of this. You are stepping into something that already exists and already works.
Important — What This Fee Does Not Guarantee Paying the setup fee integrates you into the system. It does not guarantee that a specific broker will accept you as a co-sponsor. Each broker has final approval over who is introduced to their clients. If a broker declines, we work to place you with another broker in the program. The $999 is non-refundable regardless of broker acceptance.

Step 2 — How the Slot System Works
Each broker program has 4 slots. $6,000 total. $1,500 per slot.
Every Channel Wedge broker program runs at $6,000/month in total marketing spend — funding a $5,000/month ($60,000/year) outbound campaign for the broker plus your co-sponsor introduction. That divides into 4 equal slots at $1,500 each. Humanda always holds at least one slot and pledges to cover the difference to reach $6,000. As co-sponsors come in, Humanda backs out of slots — all the way to zero if a co-sponsor takes all four.

How the Relationship Works
Nobody is locked into a relationship they don't want. If a broker declines a co-sponsor, we find another broker or another product that fits. If a co-sponsor is unhappy with their broker placement, we pull the sponsorship — Humanda steps back in to cover the slot, finds a replacement, or lets the broker carry that cost on their own if they want to keep the program active. The same flexibility brokers get from sponsors, sponsors get from brokers. This works like any real sponsorship — both sides have to show up.
If Broker Declines You
We find a different broker, or a different product the broker is willing to push. Your slot stays active.
If You're Unhappy With a Broker
We pull your sponsorship. Humanda covers, finds a replacement sponsor, or the broker covers the $1,500 if they want to keep the program going.
Your Communication
You have direct contact with your assigned Hybrid Rep managing the calls, and direct contact with the broker you are sponsoring.
How Breakpoint Relief Is Distributed
As a broker enrolls clients onto the Humanda platform their monthly cost drops through our breakpoint schedule. The relief comes off Humanda's slot first — we take the first reduction as the program sponsor. Co-sponsors receive their relief next, in order of slot size. This is contingent on the broker actively pushing both our product and yours to their clients. If the broker isn't performing their end, neither side has to continue.

Contingent On
Broker Performance
Broker must push both products
You sell a product or service that business brokers use, buy, or recommend — or that serves the Founders and CEOs their callers reach every day
You want access to a verified C-Suite audience without building your own outreach infrastructure from scratch
You can commit to a 12-month program starting from Phase 2 launch — at a minimum of $1,500/month plus the $999 setup fee
You accept that broker approval is required — the setup fee enters you into the program but does not guarantee a specific broker placement
You understand that Humanda takes the first breakpoint relief — your cost reduction comes after ours, and only when the broker is performing their obligations
You are not a competing M&A platform — co-sponsorship is open to adjacent service providers, software companies, financial firms, and similar businesses

Ready to secure your slot?

Slots are allocated on a first-come basis per broker program. Once all 4 slots are filled, that broker program is closed to new co-sponsors. Book a call to discuss which broker programs have open slots and which entry level fits your goals.
